hey bro, listen to this. DMV is nice enough to give you a 30 day "grace period" in which if you go by the 23rd of Jan. you wont have to pay a late fee. The late fee is 20 bux, and DMV sends you a paper AFTER you go thru emissions to pay them the late fee. My emissions was due 12/27/2009. I didnt go until Nov. 2010, and all they did was send me the late fee paper. No notices, no suspended reggie/license, no nothing. As long as you get your emissions squared away BEFORE your reggie is due again, you will be all set!! G/L bro. Hope this helped you.
              Cash given for OBD1 Virgin ECU's. Txt Me 860 394 8694

No matter what you will need to put your car a little bit up because that's the only thing they make sure about the inspection. Yes I said "inspection" not emissions. Because when you are taking your car to emissions the shop has to make sure your car body pass inspection too but they don't really care about that but they do if the car is too low.

Your car clearance for driving it in the road can't be too low, that's illegal. I don't know how low could be but as long as it pass the ramps it will be okay.

I need to fix my Civic because right now is too low. I can't go over a 12 oz can lying from the side without hitting it with the header! LOL!

                      Apply it!

just go with some 2X4 so the can use to extend the effective ramp angle

lower than 4in from the ground is illegal but nobody enforces it, im not to sure where u can go to get up the ramp ill look around tho.
Nitrous is like a hooker, you wanna hit it, but you're afraid of the consequences.
