theyll suspend the reg after they send u like 3 letters.. they are just as slow to do that as they are to send out titles and shit so youll be good for alteast a couple months

i regularly am super late with emissions on my talon. like a year and a half late. regi never gotten suspended. they just won't re-register the car if you haven't passed by the time the registration is due for renewal.

They are suppose to suspend your reg. But they miss it a lot of times. I never did emissions on my ef and over a year and a half I never had gotten anything in the mail or suspended reg. But I know someone who was over due and they got pulled over because when the cop ran the plate it came up saying her emissions was past due. And I guess they can give you a $90 fine if they wanna be a dick.

take a trip up this was to hamilen and son auto they have a in ground dyno and the guy backs them up so no rubbin at all worth the trip wont have to do any work drive on and go.

You should be straight the DMV usually give you like 30 days after your due date if ur late but after that you pay some fees
