  • lsvtec wit a stock built block??

    I need help I wanna know if it would be ok if I build my ls block wit stock ls internals and throw a gsr head on it will it run ok????????????or bad???????

    dude WTF do you mean...Like rebuilding an ls block with stock LS bearing, rings and stuff like that?..

    if you going to spend the money just get a set pistons and rods off honda-tech and then rebuild it.

          you can but it is worthless. the rod bolts cant handle the stress of the high rev of the vtev head and it will come apart in time/

            I know I don't wanna do it stock I wanna build it so it runs right but my car has been sittin 2 long i wanna get da motor done, throw it in my car jus so (I know this is stupid)I can wash the shyt outta it lol

                    yea its worth personay if i were u i would just wait but if u really wanna builda ls more power to you thats bragging rgts i guess being a fast honda witout vtec suprises alit of ppl... but personally i think u should save up the money get the motor that suit the car and ur your goals for speed rome wasnt built in a day and neither will your motor be...
                    it took me almost 2 and a half years to build my shit and everymorning i ot up and started my car and loved it

                      i like ls more than lsvtec i had a bubble runnig ls and i was killing b16 and gsr men i love this motor lol too bad i have to let it go lol

                        That's a good point bro I would wait and build it up but my motor has 2 be out the shop by january I mean I would do it myself but I don't wanna fuk anything up

                          Yea I know my boy got a bubble wit a ls and he spanked a gsr turbo last week by a half of car and his is all motor now dats crazy
