    i remember when a friend of mines had a smoking problem but it was the stupid pcv valve.$4 fix,but yours definetly sounds like the rings..build that b!tch

        nah he just replaced the pcv..i put it in..and it started after we seafoamed the motor..but we did it the right way..i rlly dont know

            yes..changed the oil..ran the gas out..changed the pcv..changed the headgasket.put a lower mileage head on it..

                if you changed the head and its still doing it, it's gotta be the bottom end... that carbon you cleaned out is what was sealing the rings to the cyl... you can try a can of "restore" as a last ditch effort, but i would start lookin for an engine or rebuild parts

                                i dont get what people dont understand about rebuilding engines....everyone says "dont rebuild it you can buy a whole engine for less" but who knows how long the new one will last? at least when you rebuild it, its like having a new engine, rather than another USED engine. at least, when you rebuild an engine properly and oversize .25mm, new rings, bearings, etc etc etc. just make sure that someone who knows what the ************ their doing puts it together if you want it to last.
