stock jdm b20 block with a built head complete swap or just long block

whas teh deal ctvtec i currently sold my block to a fellow ctv member an ended up slapin the built head on a stock block i had as my spare for if i ever blew my built set up but the specs are as follows:

jdm b20 block {purchased from jdm engine depot , i have paper work }

new oem bearrings from honda

b20 head with stage 1 port job
crower 404 cams
ported 1st gen skunk 2 ls intake mani 68mm
cometic triple layer head gasket
new obd2 dizzy

tranny:
gsr tranny
brand new carbon coated syncros
brand new act clutch as of 5/14/2011
