It's not low balling. It's called street value. We on the streets but yet people try n sell it at dealership price. It doesn't mean people are cheap/low ballers because they offer him less. It just means people are smart and know the value of shit and waht it goes for.

yea well either way he's hit. cuz people are gonna look at it as without tires you gotta buy new ones which are lets say $80 a pc. plus what he's asking. And it wouldn't be worth it either way. I'd put em for $450 obo and take the closest offer n go.
