Window problem

Ok my driver window won't go down I was about to smash it out since I have s extra glass but its not worth it I have a new motor window switch everything it's not the fuse an the power lock in the door handle doesn't lock the passenger side u can care less about that I just want my window to work an way to hard wire it? Plz lmk ASAP

The wires get brittle and break and what not very very common on ek civic 4dr I have seen quite a few

not just the door plug but all the wires from the plug to the motor. i had a wire break half way threw the door.
