i've seen this scenario once. It has something to do with the wiring behind the license plate light

check fuse or change the bulbs if they are dual filliment ones i had the problem with my integra try those g/l hopefully it works

Im gonna double check the fuses again n check that plate light wires

double check the grounds inside the engine bay i had a similiar problem before

sounds like a ground problem. check in the rear somewhere for one
