16 mil for the property.... Water down drinks but the chance to win money... I see a lot of the local bars and restaurants closing.. Don't forget one of the best McDonald's closing..... It'll put some businesses outta play...like mcdonalds....but you're eliminating 20 $8 an hour positions for 200+ $12+ an hour positions. More people making more money is a benefit for the local economy. Mind you, house rules - casino always wins. All the suckers putting that money in, the casino will pay for itself in 10 years
