I posted this on 8th Civic and got some good feedback, but I have to share with my CTV peeps as well. I"ll make anyone one here a deal, Ill let you try the product for free and if you don't like Ill take it back out, no hard feelings but if you want to make your 8th Civics, Fits or Accords feel like a drive by throttle RSX let me know.
So I was browsing Youtube and I found a video of a RHD FD2 with a Sprint Boost and I had no idea what the hell the Sprint Boost was but there were a lot of vids showing all sorts of cars using this product.

Then I came across it again the other day in a Euro Tuner magazine that I was reading during my lunch break at work, and then today I went to my local speed shop to pick up some summer tires for my car and there was a guy in front of me in line picking up one of these Sprint Booster for his M5. The guy was so excited so I had to butt in and ask what all the hype was about, and that’s why I decided to make this post.
Needless to say I bought one for my car and honestly this is the best buy any 8th Gen Civic owner can make. I thought that the only other thing that would really excite me about driving my car would be eventually getting a supercharger but this little black thing that plugs directly into your throttle makes a hell of difference. The throttle response is amazing and the only thing that I could compare it to would the same driving experience that anyone has ever had if they have ever driven a RSX which is DBT.
The DBW system in our cars suck!, it’s a fact . The delay in the throttle response is something all of us can do without and I never thought that something so simple as the little plug would eliminate that. It took me latterly 10 mins to do the install and the result was like night to day. The throttle response is very crisp with no delay and its made driving my SI fun again.
After doing the install I had to get used to shifting through the gears because as soon as you disengage the clutch and give the car some gas the car just responses and takes off. For the first couple of shifts I felt like a noobie to a manual transmission because the tires just wanted to break loose. I don’t know about the rest of you guys but after the last 3 years of driving my SI I got so used to that cushion that naturally existed in the throttle response that I would compensate for the DBW delay and throttle the gas before fully depressing the clutch to make the transfer in power as smooth as possible. Well I can no longer do that because if I do the car just lunges forward since the delay is gone.
This was the best investment that I have ever made…

First you have to remove this panel to get to the throttle harness.

It just plug in between the throttle and the harness

I took this quick vid right after the install and the throttle response was noticed right away
