The plugs in this pic are the right ones. The gray is the a plug and white is the e plug. There is another smaller white plug that is the b plug.

But isnt there suppose to be a plug from the civic chasis that is the same as these? The one where the 6 wires get wired into? From the conv harness or am i missing that plugComment

The white plug from conversion harness plugs into the first slot the next white plug is from the rsx-s harness in the second slot so the last slot is for the plug from the civic chasis ? Or is it the gray plug from rsx-s harness that goes there? If so the civic plug then i got the wrong one left because the other gray one is to big for that ecu slotComment

The ecu plugs from the civic are not used. You only need to tapped the wires from the conversion harness into the civic ecu plug.
The rsx ecu only gets 3 plugs plugged into,two from the rsx engine harness and one from the conversion harness.

The gray plug from the rsx engine harness plugs into the first spot on the ecu where you have the white plug from the conversion harness. Then the small white plug from the rsx engine harness. This is how the plugs go into the ecu. Gray plug to left. The e plug from the conversion harness to the right.
