Coolant smell

I'm looking to buy a 07 si sedan with 127k only mods is a aem cai...when I popped the hood I smell that sweet scent of antifreeze...is it a possible head gasket? I don't see any smoke from the exhaust the radiator is full no milky substance on oil cap and the oil level is full and clean...etc. however the reservoir tank is a little full but not mily/oily?

Any help would be great

Check for leaks before head gasket
Might be something dumb that's a easy fix.
As far as being full maybe it was just topped off ?

I checked didn't see any leaks only thing I didn't do was a pressure test
