h22 throttle problem!! air leak??

so whats up i have a h2b in my civic and i got a skunk 2 throttle body and for some dumb a** reason my motor is at full throttle when i start it, but the throttle plate is CLOSED. I'll start it and it jump all the way to 5k.
Can this be a f'd up sensor?? or the iac??? HELP!!

bump cause i unpluged sensors i tryed everything except taking the throttle body apart or the iac apart

or iacv can be stuck open or even a tps issue i seen it!!!! put your hand over the tb and see where the air's coming in from!

at 5k you may be leaking at the intake manifold gasket, best bet grab brake cleaner or carb cleaner & spray it where the intake manifold & motor meet, the throttle body & intake manifold meet, & at the iac like nectune stated & if your idle goes down when you spray then thats where your leak is at

fixed the problem skunk 2 throttle plate was ready to fall off was holding by one screw. The plate twisted which was letting more air in thumbs down to skunk 2 throttle bodies. Thanx guys!!
