X2.either way,u might qualify for a free attorney and u can have the guy pay the court fees and all.I don't see how you will end up loosing in court.the free attorney depends on your income.the guy might have the bike put away or sold by now.If I were u ,I would talk to a lawyer and explain the whole situation. You might even be able to report the bike stolen. Who knows. Won't hurt to try and you just might end up getting it back that way.good luck with your find and pm me if you need the number to see if u qualify for the free attorney.Originally posted by knuckk@jdmdikk only dude i would take advice from.

Sweet comment, i hope we can all be as smart as you.
if you have the title you can win this but what you should have done was got the bike had him hold onto the title until it was paid off. if you have the title signed over to you then you can show proof of ownership if you don't you're going to have a hard time proving that he actually signed the paperwork. either way good luck.Honda sucks. Over priced junk.

In your for sale thread for the bike you posted have title in hand well if you have it then you can call the police and report it stolen or where you selling something you didn't have a title for yet ? Either way If you have documents to prove you where paying on the bike you should be ok and did you guys make like a written agreement stating what it was for exact with vin number or was it just a bootleg paper is his signature on everything you have to be real ready when you take him to court.. Well I hope everything works out for you860 member #18
