  • more solar for ctv

Thought I'd share, I put a few panels up in the back. I plan on making a stand so the panels can be higher and for more room to put more panels on bottom.
Here is what I have so far.
video uploaded here check it out...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b7zD1...ature=youtu.be

this is my control board i now have a 200watt grid tie inverter, itll make more difference once i add more panels. i have kills switches and they are fused. my control board is one the main floor so i am able to shut things off and control it, while the batteries are located on the basement level.
battery bank. i plan on adding more.355ah total. 750watt hf and a 400watt schamachuer.

harbor freight controller i use for the lights

i mainly use for lights and charging stuff for now until i get more panels

i'd say a little over 500 watt of solar panels and a few grid tie inverters and u can cut down on ur power bill by 35%.

sounds great but over 500 watt of panels is def not cheap, the panels are real pricey
