ok so i hit another vehicle on tha freeway but i dnt see why i would be at fault bc there was a dresser so tha other dude stoped out of no where n i hit em n i did not get a ticket for fallowing to close thank god so idk whats gonna happen now idk what to do i have liability so i guess it dont cover my car but it covers the other car am i right can ppl that has been thru this lmk what to do i think he was at fault for not puttin his emergency lights on lmk ctv

plus tha guy is from new york not ct so idk if anythin may change or wat ever

It all depends on what the police report says. There's no sense in calling insurance if your car is not covered but if the other driver calls your insurance company, which most likely they will, they will be call you to confirm the incident and hear your side of the story. You can try going after his insurance company but chances are they will give you the run around and eventually decline your claim.....Gl dude!

It all depends on wat the police report. Like u said there was nothing wrong wit the dude truck so y is he gonna call ur insurance. And if they do call. Ur insurance is gonna call u. I would just say i wasn't following close i had my wife wit me. He slammed on the breaks out of no where. Had no choose but to hit him. Not like y'all were the only ppl on the highway lol think u should b good tho

yea my car was tha only one that had body damage his jeep only ended up wit a blown shock and tha muffler tip closed up but i was kind enough to pop it back open with my tools i mean he said if anythin he was gonna tell tha insurance that it was not neither our fault bc of tha object layin on tha middle of tha road ima just wait n see bc i dnt wanna see my car get salvaged tha rest of tha body is way to mint and tha motor is fine lol
