D16Y8 into a 96 hatch harness and ecu ???

Ok so i purchased a shell and took my motor off my previous car.....its a d16y8 with a y7 intake manifold idk if thats a problem..... it went on without a problem now the harness my hatch came with dont plug on to all the sensor like into the intske man and my dizzy either also idk what ecu it has......i took my 2000 civic dx harness an ecu but theres one of the plugs from the ecu that is not attached to the harmess it looks like is with the dash harmess idk if i need yo plug that or dont need it .......sorry im not so good with indicsting whats wat .....

The problem is you're using all obd2b stuff in an obd2a chassis. You need the engine harness and ecu from a 96-98 civic EX. I have a y8 intake manifold if you're in need of one. I wouldn't run that crap y7 manifold. I'm not even sure it's compatible.

The sensors are the same unless there obd1. You need to use a 96-98 harness in your chassis and use a 96/98 y8 ecu.
