There's should be a two wire plug next to the 3 wire plug,the plug might be missing cause some one cut it. The wire colors your looking for are black and brown.

ill have to go look tomorrow but yeah theres only one plug like you said the other must have been cut but i don't remember seeing any wires those colors when i was digging around in there earlier

okay so i couldn't get it jumped but someone had said something about it being a fuel pump so i used a fuel pump from my 95 dx and it started up and then it idled low for about a minute then stalled out so idk what the problem is soo lmk if you have any ideas on the Source of the problem
