d16 wiring issue

Guys im new to this so bare with me. I have some people helping me but we can't figure it out. Got a ek shell and dropped a d16y7 in it. Have no spark, fuel pump doesn't prime nor does the main relay click. I do have a good working pump and a good working relay. checked fuses under hood and dash they check out ok. Is there anything im missing? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

Thanks for the help..checked and cleaned grounds to thermostat, battery to body and tranny to frame. Anything else that could cause this? Is their a ground for the fuse box under the dash or something im missing?

Check to see if your getting 12 volts to the ecu.

Check the groung on the thermostat housing

Before u start ur car make sure ur check engine shuts off and u hear ur relay click .
