      Overtorque main studs??
      Overtorque rod bolts??
If that's the case go buy some new main and rod bearings cuz I won't use them again

Ok are the clearance within specs? Just saying u can't just throw an engine toghetor without checking all the specs. Did you plastigauge?

Not judging ur mechanical skills I'm just about maybe 98% certain that's y you can't turn it over easily checks all your specs then rebuilt.

Edit: is the head on. if it is try removing the sparkplugs it might make it easier.

            Edit:More things to consider
P2V clearance if the head is on

But I think the specs might be off still. Trust re check it or send it to a shop since you don't want to do it.

It kills me that he just posted this in the for sale section and failed to mention that the engine doesn't spin untill another member mentioned it.
