ls in ek trouble

I recently spun a bearing on my b16a so swapped in an ls obd2a into my ek which im running a hondata s300 in a p28 with vtec disabled...problem is when I took out the ecu to run a stock one I used a obd1 p75 car starts but bogs out when I try to drive it...anyone know what it could be? Was told to run a obd2a p75 ecu...thanks for any help

Ls came with aftermarket fuel rail and stock injectors also would that have anything to do eith it....havent checked my engine codes yet will check em today tho gudluks bro

Yes crank sensor is hooked up...wirh the s300 runs fine and healthy but acts up when I put on the p75 and I need the s300 for my b16 swap so im tryna figure it out....thanks to the ppl who have replied appreciate the help
