LSV Wiring

I have a LSV setup that I'm keeping OBD2 for my OBD2 hatch and I'm also using a DX Engine harness since I can't find an EX one at the moment. Does anyone have wiring diagrams or pictures for the knock sensor, IAB, EVAP, and vTEC wiring? I'm not too worried on the vtec but the first 3 would help out a lot. Thanks!!

it's a 2000

I know the bottom is a B18A1 and the top is a GSR and then it's going in a civic '00 DX hatch.
