1990 teg ls automatic

so my gurl bought a teg and the lady she bought it from said has a small oil leak n need a new battery. i fixed the oil leak. she bought a battery and she put it in backwords but said it was in. So i fixed it. she blew the battery fuse and i replaced that now the car wont start. Car has power but wont crank. What would be her issue? Another fuse or something bigger.

all we found was burnt fan relay

Im thinking the starter or a ground. I would start by making sure the wire from the harness is on the starter. Then your other grounds... try tapping the starter with a hammer or something... also try jumping the starter...

but its gettin a draw from somewhere

so it wont crank? mines had same issue but for different reason mines was because of wiring issues, but check your starter fuse in the fuse box on the inside of the car might have blown

it cranks. it starts. but it has to be jump started
