got questions for b20 swap.....

Need some help. i have a 90 integra and i just finished swapping a b20 in it. Swap went fine but just having a couple issues. I need a coolant flow diagram if even possible. i re-used the original manifold and could not find anywhere to connect one of the coolant lines from the IAC, so i cut the hose going to the bypass tube in the back of the block and ran the hose there. Would like to know if that was a horrible decision before it's too late. Also there is no hole in the b20 block for the coolant fan switch. Can i just run that switch into the lower radiator hose by the thermostat? Or is there another way i can hook up that switch? appreciate it...
