help car ont start heating grounds

My motor on my 93 da blew so i bought a b18b1 put it in but when i try to start it all my grounds heat up and it just clickscar is auto by the way

Is your battery touching the chassis?

sounds like you starter is bad or you dont have enought grounds on the motor to the frame add some more grounds

I did his swap nd everythings good, good ground good connection,, starter work everything good,,, wt it does is when u turn the key,, the motor or starter just clicks,, nd all the negative wire heat up nd smoke,, even doe i put gd braided ground....

there is only two reasons it will do this one is you have a power wire touching the block some place other reason it because you dont have enought ground and the yo uare over working the few you have add more fround and try again if you have a power wire shorting out most likely it will pop a fuse first... add grounds and try again

Check the starter wire...Like he said^

yes the motor wont crank because the starter has 12v at it and the only ground it has is threw the motor and threw the ground off the motor to the frame if they are dirty or you dont have enough of them they that will happen the most importen one is the one from the transmission to the frame and the more you have the better ... try it

like he said tanny to frame is most important and check power fro starter make sure its not touching anything
