  • P0325 knock sensor Fix?

How about it guys, is there any thing i can do to get rid of a P0325 code on a b17 engine with a b16 ecu? Its the last thing i need to do to make my car pass inspection.

you need to bypass the knock sensor since the ECU is looking for it and the B17 doesnt have one

          LSVTEC people do this

Using a 10.9 mm drill bit, opened up the hole on the bracket and the block. Then carefully tap the hole with a 12 mm x 1.25 thread pitch tap. Be sure to clean up the shavings and then screw the knock sensor. This will keep your ECU from throwing any codes.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but i need help on this subject again. So i did every thing above but, i am completely spacing out on the wireing. is it possable to just run my own wire to the ecu connector (C3) or do i need to find it in my wiring harness?

Yeah I have a chipped p30or 28 (mind blank) but I need to clean the cel in order to pass Mass inspection. I also am throwing a code for both o2 sensors the post car isent even hooked up so that obvious. The first one might be because of the second one

I wired it up to c3 off of the wireing harness and it's still triping a code after 5-10 mins of driving. Only other thing that I can think of is that it has a bad connector plug... I need to figure this crap out...
