  • obd2 GSR qs??

    I got an ls swaped EG coupe that im trying to swap a gsr into it i found a 98gsr but idk if it would just drop right in! Wht would i need to get or what should i keep from my ls just to have it running?
    PPL selling their foodstamps to fund their builds... SMH lol

    Vtec harness (if the car doesnt have one)

    mounts (or you can use the ones from the ls)

    i would suggest goin with a diffrent manifold other than the stock gsr one.

    and use ur axles from the ls.

    and a p28 for now.

      why the change of manifold? And would the dizzy plug into an obd1 vtec harness??
      PPL selling their foodstamps to fund their builds... SMH lol

          pretty simple make sure u get the engine harness from the motor and dizzy u can use a 96+integra harness on a 92-95 civic than run ur vtec wires to ur vtec ecu of choice

            the chassis harnes is already set up for vtec im guessing the previouse owener had sometype of vtec in it but gave me it wit an LS

                the only two things you need to drop the motor in your car is the engine harness for the gsr motor and ecu,to do it cheap...if you dont get these with the motor you can use the engine harness from the ls but your gonna have to add vtec and iab plugs and use the ls dizzy,alt and injectors...unless you swap the intake manifold for like a skunk2 one,then you can use a chipped ecu like the p28 with a map for a gsr motor.....

                  unless he plans on going turbo i wouldnt bother swappin the manifold he will make more power with the stock one

                  to make it simple use injectors altnator form your ls and put them on the gsr and what u needs is
                  obd1 gsr or b16 dizzy the ls one will not bolt up rite "unless u like hacked up shit you cna make it work"
                  obd1 gsr engine harness if u want the iabs and everything to work rite
                  obd1 gsr ecu or chipped vtec ecu with a gsr basemap

                  besides that its a simple swap
