so i was talking to someone and they were saying that because my car is a ex that it should be already wired to the shock tower for vtec??? I was told the only thing i would have to wire is the knock sensor.
does this all make sense to you??
because my ecu is a obd1 jdm p72 does it have the knock sensor programmed?
the ex is wired for vtec for factory...if the swap is a gsr and your keeping the stock intake manifold then you will have to wire in the iab's...if you throw a code and its for knock then wire in the knock sensor.....those are the only two things that need to be wired in...

intake air bypass control solenoid valve and its only for a gsr motor....if you have a gsr motor and dont want to have to wire in the iab then get an after market intake manifold..

i would put a wire in the plug on the drivers side that has a plug in it,its got a few yellow/black wires in it.....only one of them has power though,the rest get it from that one wire when that cap plug is in the plug..
