use the harness thats in the car on the motor. If you have a OBD2 dizzy, just de pin the dist. and put a OBD1 plug on the end. or the other way around, doesnt matter.
Use ur b18a alt so it plugs rite in.You might have to wire ur knock. But its a single wire, so its easy.
Use your b18a injectors.

so i was talking to someone and they were saying that because my car is a ex that it should be already wired to the shock tower for vtec??? I was told the only thing i would have to wire is the knock sensor.
does this all make sense to you??
