looking for a manual steering rack from an eg cx/vx also could be from a delsol in good working order.not concerned with the condition of the tie rods.....also the c bracket that holds the rack to the subframe....i could be reached at 860 402 4977 or pm here thanks.

You should be able to get a remanufactured rack from any autoparts store or eBay for about $125.
Make sure you really want a manual rack. It's 4 turns lock to lock. Unless you need to save weight , are worried about the tiniest bit of parasitic drivetrain power loss, and are building a straight line only car, its a downgrade in stock form.
Furthermore, every integra power rack is only 3 turns lock to lock and bolts right into your car.
The C clamp from a manual rack will not work with your subframe. You would also need to have a front subframe from a car originally equipped with a manual rack for the bolt holes to line up at the C clamp.
You can easily use your subframe and power rack C clamp with the manual rack.
Just shim the manual rack simply by using an extra bushing inside the C clamp from the power rack. I used poly.
