Are you using aftermarket pistons? If so you can just block them off. The oil squirters are only there to cool the stock pistons because of the material they're made out of. They also drop oil pressure so thats another benefit of blocking them off. I've read that leaving oil squirters with aftermarket pistons can actually create piston slap in the long run because they prevent the piston from expanding all the way
