Under the glove box on the right hand side there's a small blue plug that doesn't go to anything. You take a paper clip and put an end in each hole, then turn your key to the on position. The CEL will blink slow blinks and fast ones. Every slow one counts as 10 and every fast as 1. So say it blinked 3 slow and 4 fast that's 34. Then just hop on google and look up 95 civic check engine codes and you should find a key with all the different codes.Last edited by jdmjunkie9753; 02-10-2013, 07:35 AM.
