i have a 1996 civic 2 door EX with a exhaust and thats about all done to it all stock. stick shift it has aftermarket wheels with new tires if he wants it like that he need to bring 2300 if he wants it one steelies i can do 2k firm look at my for sale post for pic of it in the cars section.
