No one said i want to rebuild the entire thing from scratch.. & i don't want a high mileage motor that smokes ticks etc.. easier to work with if i get a good decent motor simple as that..

You aren't making sense. Unless you plan on buying a mint motor and tossing a turbo kit on it to make the DOHC killer. Otherwise miles won't matter. I mean I usually use new seals, gaskets, rings and bearing when I assemble a motor. Maybe I'm doing it wrong.
              Honda sucks. Over priced junk.

^True, but my nigga i done told i'm either going d16z6 or gsr.. I figured i could boost a d16z6 for the same price i could buy a stock gsr for.. So in essence i'm just thinking of the most wise decision to make & what would be the best option to put down the best #'s for the best price..

That in essence is what i was most likely shooting for.. if i have to rebuild a single so be it that's fine with me too.. i"m in no rush, and have time for a build cuz my License is suspended.. so either option is fine with me.. someone just find me a z6 plz
