The tl Trans will work in the 2001 to 2004 odyssey they both have the 5 speed auto but the odyssey is stronger so the cl tl one won't last as long I bought my Trans for my odyssey from willow creek transmission is NC it come with a 2 year unlimited miles warranty and was like 1400 come with all updated parts
