Why can't people do swaps the right way with the correct Obd system and no cel. But it doesn't really matter ur gonna crash it anyways ;)

Even if I had a obd2 car with a obd2 swap I would still get a jumper harness to obd1 for tuning reasons.

Yea. And I'm sure it would have the correct setup to slap an obd2 ecu in and pass emissions...
