lol or go to a paint shop and get engine primer and VHT wrinkle red paint and paint thick coats let it sit for a few hours then bake it in the oven like i did with my old LS valve cover it came out PERFECT

they sell yellow engine paint, i actually did my old EG valve cover yellow

oh yeah he deff has to get that powdercoated, only way i think he culd avoid that is if he sprays it wrinkle silver bakes it then primers over the wrinkle silver and spray it yellow

But the wrinkles probably won't come out as deep. Idk he said he got someone so hopefully it works out lol

I did my own with VHT primer and wrinkle red paint stripped it with aircraft paint remover good shit!
