need some part for my b20 (header.. b20vtec parts)

well my crv burnt up a valve now i gotta pull the head and i am thinking about doing a b20v to it or just fixing the b20 head and throwing a header on it.

need a header
b20v parts(head studs.. lsvtec kit.. head intake dizzy)

i have a ebay header and a b16 head fresh from the machine shop... no dizzy valve or valve cover

ebay header like $40 the head we would have to negotiate cause the work done to it alone was about 400 or so.. i still have the reciept
