i have steelies too without tires. theres a place in new haven that sells semi-used tires for 25 each but not really trying to spend that much.

I got a set of 4x100 14" steelies, w/Good Tires. 2 tires are matching & the other 2 or mis-matched, but all tires still have good tread. $60. LMK.
