my cousin have a 99 gsr , has a cel due to sparkplugs, he has the paper from autozone when they did the test, its clean its on steelies , 136k miles on the motor and cluster , has the original gsr swap in the car, all vins are the same , and doesnt over heat , leaks, no noise from the motor . and drives fine , its a daily driving car , pm me if your interested . He's asking 4500FIRM , he's not in a rush , cus he bouta turn it to a project car soon .
