I have $300 to spend on either some Rota's or OEM wheels..

Slips
Blades
Si's
HX's
Or other Rota's, etc. you may have in that price range..

Must be 4x100 and NOTHING bigger than 16's!!!

Won't spend more than $200-$250 on HX wheels unless they're MINT and the tires are MINT..
