WTB: ECU/Harness/mounts

Got a 98 hatch. Going to be putting a stock non vtec single cam back into it. Need non v ECU, harness and single jingle mounts(mounts can be stock or aftermarket).... My question is.. Will a 1.5 out of an EG run/pass emissions ect in the 98 with the 98 ecu/harness as long as i run both obd2 o2 sensors?

But don't depin c1 and c11 like it says. Just get one of those connectors that connects the wires together. and put c1 and c4 spliced togeteher and c11 and c14 together.
