Help asap

My momz 99 toyota rav4 doesnt want to pass emmisions cuz it says the ecu is not reading the egr wanted to kno if anyone here has a rav4 or knows some1 with one so I can borrow their ecu n will pay for the use please need help asap u can reach me at 203 908 6087 jonny

Put it on a real scanner and see if the egr is reading voltage. Use a Snap ON scanner. Not autozone. Take the egr valve out and you can also clean it. Call me 2033647290
