ive been seeing alot of 96-98 fronts and rarely see a nice 99-00 fronted civic. since everyones on that "sh1ts played out" state of mind. but honestly i think its a waste of money converting. i would suggest trying out different lips for your 96-98 bumper so you dont get bored. or you could say phuck all that and just go BYS!!! or Airwalker Japan bumper.
