99-00 bumper and lowering springs

looking for a front bumber color doesnt really matter (but i will pay more for one if its si blue and in good condition) just dont want anthing with cracks or any damage mine has a small crack so itd be pointless so dont ask. also looking for a set of lowering springs dont really care about the brand just want to get my car a little lower until i get coilovers so not looking to spend a ton of money. thanks, pm me if u have either and wat ur asking and pics if you could
