95 GSR Block F/S

okay here it is.. no time to finish it and no job either... :( so sad... spent well over 1000 dollars on the block...

bought the block back 3 years ago... it was rusted to shit!! no pics though...

but yeah.. so i ripped the block apart and decided time to send it to the machine shop and get things done to it!

so....
it got hot tanked, and decked.

I got it bored out to 84.5... matching that with Honda Oem ITR pistons, on gsr rods. with the rings already put in. shit is perfect fit.

Got the crank balanced and put back together...
.got brand new acl race bearings, havent put them in due to my knowledge of motors.
Brand new water pump, brand new itr oil pump, brand new itr tensioner, brand new oil squirters and thats all i remember about it... its also missing a oil pan.

ill get pics up tomorrow, since its at the garage.

but after all that, i sold the tranny for 300... so no need to finish the block since i have future plans in the honda game. so anyone with 500 takes it... willing to negotiate.

im not too sure of that.. cuz i dont know too much about the motor. all i know is that the pistons fit and they were bigger than b20 pistons

well i think the guy that did the motor work on realtime, so he said the sleeve should be good for all motor, nothing like boost or the bottle

yeah i know right... wish i had a job so i can finish her up and then move on to the head... but right now with a new baby, no job and rent to pay. its hard.
