WTT: my '01 stunted F4i for GSR swap

i got a fully setup 2001 Honda F4i stunt bike that im lookin to trade for a complete obd1 GS-R swap. i just got a 94 shell so i need a motor, tranny, ecu, harness, radiator, linkage yada yada yada. now about the bike:

99 F4 frame
01 F4i motor
Racing 905 custom upper stay
Shark Skinz racing plastics (tail cut for a 12 bar)
HHD upper with FI clipons
03 954 forks (just did the seals, has aftermarket springs)
FI Cage
Powers Subcage
Jardine stunt cut exhaust
05 Gixxer 750 handbrake master with Full Throttle Inc rear master
-1/+24 (will come with a 58 tooth rear as well as the 70 thats on it)
airbox mod/kleen air mod
idle and air fuel mods done
tanks dented in nice, can go deeper if your bigger for more comfort
its a salvage frame so no title but i do have all paperwork from the salvage yard

just lookin for a GS-R swap or an LS/Vtec swap thats OBD1

ill throw in 2 helmets, 2 set of gloves and a jacket.

ive got 94+ S10 fenders, doors, tailgate and 5 matching 2002 S10 rims for sale or trade for Integra parts.
