$40 on ebay are just low's. The ones for 70 from tspny.com are hi/low's. EG only uses 1 bulb as hi/low.

dude ebay is so simple just create a username link your debit card to ur ebay account and then buy away i stay away from bidding i just do the buy now its much simpler
