the you got ur cable hooked up wrong. cuz the heat/cold isn't electronic it's cable.

go out to the engine bay and you'll see where the calbe hooks up to. Grab pliers and push or pull put it opposite of whatever it is now. And try that and your problem should be fixed.

Yup, a coolant hose from the side of you head goes to it. Follow that hose, try to turn that tab and see if it blows out hot air.

Yea try that. If it doesnt work then then put the cable back on. But your cable is prolly pinched somewhere in the dash.
