WTB: 98 Civic EX ECU, & B18C5 USDM ITR Intake Mani., O2 Sensor, & T-Body

So, here's the deal, I'm tryin to get my Buddies ITR powered 98 Civic EX Coupe to pass emissions & he keeps setting a P0133: O2 Sensor slow response code, which Honda just so happens to have a Service Bulletin explaining that the Original ECU's (37820-P2P-A02, & A34) do not correctly interpret the O2 Sensor Signal, so we need the Newest ECU Revision which is part#: 37820-P2P-345 or 37820-P2P-345RM

We are also looking to replace his JDM ITR Mani, with a USDM B18C5 ITR Intake Manifold so I can cleanly install his Evap Purge control solenoid.

We would also like to know if anyone has a USDM B18C5 ITR Primary O2 Sensor, & Throttle Body.

Willing to trade our JDM parts for your USDM parts if thats what you want to do.

Is it a USDM OBD2a P73? If so, def. LMK.

We already have a JDM OBD2a P73, but its not Emissions Compliant, due to no readiness code storage.
